For registration of records with us, Best of India Records (BIR) offers the following premium (paid) services, subject to fulfillment of prescribed conditions for each.
Instant Verification Service
Record applicants can request for a BIR Adjudicator’s service after the record attempt has been approved. An official Adjudicator can conduct on-the-spot verification of the attempt. (Please note that this does not necessarily substitute for the presence of Observers mentioned in the rules & guidelines). Request for this premium service should reach BIR well in advance. Once official Adjudicator’s availability is confirmed, the candidate shall proceed to make necessary arrangements for his/her travel and bear additional charges if applicable.
On-the-Spot Record Declaration
This premium service can be opted only in combination with the above mentioned On-the-Spot Verification and on payment of applicable (non-refundable) fee for the same. Under this service, shortly after the record attempt is successfully completed and verified, the Adjudicator will declare the result and present the (provisional) Record Certificate to the candidate. [Please note that Adjudicator will not announce the new record unless and until satisfied that the candidate(s) has fulfilled all rules & guidelines for the record attempt]
Fast-tracking of Record Processing
Multiple options are available under this processing service based primarily on the duration, i.e. the waiting period after submission of record application complete with supporting documents. Applicable processing fees will also vary accordingly. Write to us at
Record Certificates for Individual Participants
Once the record entry of a team event is confirmed by BIR, the event organiser/ team leader can place a request for individual copies of the record certificate with the participant’s name on it. To avail this service, the list of participants along with payment of applicable stationery fees should be sent to us in advance. Contact us to know more about this service and applicable fees.
