Fastest making of pookkalam
Fastest making of pookkalam (artistic floor decoration with flowers) involving the least number of people was achieved by Lulu International Convention Centre, Thrissur, Kerala on August 17, 2010. A team of 100 children and 42 adults led by Praveen Symphony, Symphony Entertainments, Kochi created a 62.5 × 24.7 m (205 × 81 ft) pookkalam in just 155 minutes, including design drawing. It was created for Whirlpool India Ltd on the occasion of their 99th anniversary celebrations.
