First Biker Across Three Longest Highways of India new
R Chiranthana (b July 22, 1973) of Bengaluru successfully completed the first ever two-wheeler solo expedition connecting India’s three longest highways in a single ride, covering 21,312 km in 67 days. Setting out from Bengaluru at 11.09 am on August 22, 2022 on a Yamaha FZS (v2) bike, he covered the North-South Corridor (Kanyakumari – Srinagar, including Salem - Kochi spur route), the East-West Corridor (Porbandar – Silchar) and the Golden Quadrilateral (Mumbai – Delhi – Kolkata – Chennai) in that order, and returned to Bengaluru at 11.30 am on Oct 27, 2022.
