First two-wheeled propeller shaft driven all-wheel drive motorcycle
Ruzbeh Gav Master of Nanpura, Surat, Gujarat successfully made the world’s first two-wheeled propeller shaft driven all-wheel drive motorcycle in over 17 months completing it by November 2017. The 258 cm long 108 cm wide and 108 cm high prototype features a hub-centric steering mechanism and can manoeuvre in reverse for better manoeuvrability increasing in final drive power ratio. It uses a Maruti 800 cc 4-stroke 37 hp engine with 5-gear transmission including reverse. The front & rear suspension, steering and drive systems are patented.
