Largest All-Male Classical Dance Performance on a Single Theme
Delhi-based Ganesa Natyalaya, founded by Dr Saroja Vaidyanathan, presented ‘Shivaargya’, the world’s largest all-male classical dance relay performance with 38 male artistes from various traditional dance forms of India performing on the theme of Lord Shiva at Ganesa Natyalaya premises in New Delhi on March 3, 2019. The 8-hour event, organized as part of Shivaratri celebrations, also honoured 13 male classical dance gurus.
