Ramesh M P (b June 5, 1951) of Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, assisted by a team of two, made a 5 × 2.5 ft Erachi Pathiri weighing 22 kg at Calicut Trade Centre, Kozhikode on Jan 30, 2020. They used various ingredients including rice flour, corn flour, chicken, egg and spices to complete it in 4 hours.
