Ramesh M P (b June 5, 1951) of Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, assisted by a team of two, made a 5 kg Paneer Cake of 1.5 ft diameter at Calicut Trade Centre, Kozhikode on Jan 30, 2020. They used various ingredients including maida, paneer, vegetables, peanut, cheese, mayonnaise, salt, sugar and spices to complete it in 5 hours.
