Ramesh M P (b June 5, 1951) of Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India made a 1.5 ft long Unnakkaya (a spindle shaped sweet dessert) weighing 3 kg at Calicut Trade Centre, Kozhikode on Jan 29, 2020. He used various ingredients including banana, coconut, sugar, cardamom, raisins, nuts and oil to complete it in 3 hours with assistance of a helper.
