Ramesh M P (b June 5, 1951) of Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, assisted by a team of two, made a 5 kg Vegetable Cake of 1.5 ft diameter at Calicut Trade Centre, Kozhikode on Jan 29, 2020. They used various ingredients including maida, vegetables, peanut, cheese, mayonnaise, salt, sugar and spices to complete it in 3 hours.
