Ramesh M P (b June 5, 1951) of Cochin Bakery, Kozhikode, Kerala, India, assisted by a team of two, made an 8 ft long Yule Log Cake weighing 60 kg at Calicut Trade Centre, Kozhikode on Jan 29, 2020. They used various ingredients including maida, egg, coco-powder, fruit jam, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla flavourings to complete it in 8 hours.
