World’s longest marathon playing of the violin was accomplished by violinist M S Viswanath of Tripunithura, who played the instrument for 36 hours from 8.00 am on Sept 1, 2018 till 8.00 pm the next day at Riverbourne Centre, Tripunithura, Kerala, India.
