Most fingers and toes on a person
Kumari Naik (75) of Kadapada village in Ganjam, Odisha, India has 19 toes and 12 fingers, the most digits on a living person in the world. Her condition, called polydactylism, is a birth defect in which a person develops extra fingers and toes. The record of most digits at birth, however, belongs to Akshat Saxena of Panwari, Budaun, UP, India, who had 34 digits – 14 fingers and 20 toes – as of March 2010. His extra digits were surgically removed later.
