Joju Mathew (born May 28, 1965) of Mallussery, Ernakulam, Kerala holds the distinction of having created and published the largest number of original riddles in verse form in any language by an individual. His book titled Mathayeede Kadamkathakal in Malayalam, published in June 2025, features 2,328 riddles covering 1,617 different topics.
