World’s biggest and heaviest energy bar
A 50-member team from School of Hotel Management, Suresh Gyan Vihar University made the world’s biggest and heaviest energy bar – 12 ft long, 5 ft wide and 5 inches thick and weighing 125 kg – at Shilp Gram, Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur, Rajasthan on April 7, 2018. Ingredients included puffed rice (30 kg), dark chocolate (10 kg), flakes & oats (10 kg), jaggery (10 kg), peanuts (20 kg), almond (5 kg), cashew nut (5 kg), pistachio (5 kg), raisins (10 kg), liquid glucose (10 ltr), milk (10 ltr), fresh cream (5 ltr), white sesame seeds (5 kg) and desi ghee (10 kg).
